Who is responsible
Aguila Construction Inc (CSLB #925152) is the business responsible for the information collected on simivalleygarageconversion.com. This notice covers this site and nothing else.

What we collect
What you type into the estimate form, plus the technical record of that submission:
- Your name, so the callback asks for the right person.
- Your phone number, which is how we reply.
- Your email address, if you give one, for a written estimate and, only if you ticked that box, occasional tips and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- The project city, so we can confirm it is in our area.
- The project type and whatever details you share.
- Whether you ticked the contact-consent box and the email-tips box, with the date, the exact text you read, and whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal.
- A salted, one-way hash of your network address and your browser's user-agent string, kept with the record.
- Cloudflare, which runs the site, keeps short-lived request logs (URL, time, status) for operating and debugging it, and browsers may send Cloudflare network error reports. Neither contains what you typed.
What we do not do
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels and no analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is a flag that you dismissed the data notice.
When you send the form, the request record also keeps a salted, one-way hash of your network address and your browser's user-agent string. Both stay with the record for the same 24 months, as evidence of the consent you gave and to stop automated spam. A separate per-address throttle count is deleted after one hour.
Do Not Track: we do not change anything in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal, because this site tracks nothing to begin with. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: it is recorded with any consent you give, and there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Who else touches it
It reaches these providers only because they run the plumbing:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the request records (D1).
- Resend, which delivers the notification email to Aguila.
- AstraBrava, which built and maintains the site and can access request records to keep it working.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent by writing to aguila.construction.inc@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. Records are deleted automatically after 24 months by a weekly job.
If this notice changes we update the date above and, where the change affects how we use your information, we say so on this page.
